Be brief and precise with your instructions

When you are with new clients, they will need you to tell them what to do in the exercise, followed by alignment, explaining the setup, and movement. You must remember that the clients process the information differently. You must explain verbally, demonstrate, and correct them to ensure all the participants get the information to do it right. Address the correction to the class

Every cue you use in class will be dictated by what you see your clients do. When the class is doing well, it will be easy and quiet. But when you have one or two issues, you can address them directly with a physical correction. You must not single any client in front of the rest of the class and show that they are doing it wrong. You can make a chatty, address by their name, and praise them for making some effort. Clients will like your class for your teaching and the energy you give in the room. The vibe you create within the class makes them feel like they have left the studio and returned to reality. You will be a good instructor when you highlight their day.
